It depends on the size. The L fits two cabin cases and a backpack. The XL fits an XL case plus a backpack, or larger combinations. The key point is that the door closes properly.
Yes. You can cancel up to 2 hours before your start time for a full refund. After that, refunds are not available as the locker is already reserved for you.
Your code and locker number are always in your confirmation email. If you can't access your email, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you after verifying your identity.
No animals, flammable materials, weapons or illegal items. Lockers are for luggage and personal belongings only. We recommend not leaving important travel documents inside.
No problem! If your luggage doesn't fit, just book the larger size here and use it normally. The next day we'll refund the full amount of the original locker. To speed things up, message us on WhatsApp with both booking codes.
